Up for sale is my rare turbo 5 speed Forester XT Sports model!

This is originally a US car that was imported to Alberta before the previous owner. I purchased it October 2015, and put many hours into mechanical maintenance and thorough cleaning over the winter.
Here's what's been done recently:
- Timing belt service (all OEM Subaru parts, including idlers and tensioner) <6,000 mi ago
- Coolant flush ~92,000 mi
- Oil change (Motul Full Synthetic 5W40 & Subaru OEM filter) ~92,000 mi
- OEM endlinks and front swaybar bushings replaced ~93,000 mi
- Replaced worn original Sports cloth seats with FXT Limited leather seats, front and rear. Fronts are heated, driver's is full power.
- Steam-cleaned full interior while seats were out
- Brand new Kumho all seasons on the OEM Forester XT wheels (205/55R17) ~93,000 mi
- New windshield only a few weeks ago (no chips yet!)
This car is 100% stock and in great condition! It runs very strong, has zero issues shifting, and feels solid on the road. The exterior has a few blemishes, such as the rear bumper from the previous owner's dogs climbing in, and minor hail damage to the hood. The interior is in great condition and very clean.
