2006 Subaru WRX STI Description

I am selling my track car since I don't see it as a good investment to fix it during the winter and not be able to drive it next summer (won’t be in the US all summer) and move in 2018.The engine is kind of blown - most likely bad compression on one of the cylinders. It starts, but when it warms up it starts misfiring. What I have found out from a couple of mechanics that have looked at it - it's either bad ringlands, or a valve is not seated properly. Another issue is that the DCCD light has started flashing, which is due to overturning the steering angle sensor with the aftermarket wheel. This could (possibly) be fixed by re-calibrating it. The car has always been garage-kept.I want to try and sell the car as is before doing a part out, so the price is negotiable. This is a great project car, which does not need a whole lot, except an engine.
