1994 Toyota pickup Description

1994 Toyota pickup not running. It was in a flood recently in baton rouge. It was running perfect prior to flood a/c worked as well. The truck only took about 4 inches of water in the cab for about a 30 hour duration. I removed the carpet and seats immediately and disinfected the cab. When I went to crank the truck the battery had went deaf. I tried to jump it off but only get a clicking sound from the starter. All the lights on the dash are working as they should as well as headlights and tail lights. I check the oil and transmission fluids for water and both are clean no water in them. This truck has been in my family since it was new and was always maintained. I lost my home in the flood and have been focusing 100% on it and have no time for the truck.
