2006 Toyota Prius Description

2006 Toyota Prius. Grey with grey interior.
Body is in good shape and the interior is still in good shape for the age. No tears or holes. Glass is good with no chips or cracks in windshield.
Car starts right up and drives great down the road, but has a check engine light for a misfire on cylinder 1, and the engine seems to run rough at low RPM. When the engine is cruising at highway speeds (higher RPM) it seems to run smooth, but at "idle" it misfires. For that reason it will NOT pass emissions for the Denver Metro area and is being sold as-is. Buyer must be willing to sign a document that it is sold as a "tow-away" regardless of how the car leaves the premises. It may need a tuneup, or it may need a replacement engine, but in either case, the buyer will need to make that determination.
Adult owned and well maintained. To my knowledge, this car has always been in California and Colorado, so no rust. Previous owners purchased it new in 2006 and lived in California before moving to Colorado.
Hybrid battery pack was rebuilt less than a year ago. The 12v battery is relatively new and is an Optima yellow top.
Has averaged about 50mpg. The Prius can pay for itself in the fuel savings!
