Hello, I’m helping my father sell his 2009 Land Cruiser. He was 73 yrs old at the time of purchase. This is his third Land Cruiser, having a 2003 and 2006 prior, and his favorite of all.He often raved about the extra power the 5.7 engine added, which was his only complaint from prior years.Maintained extreme well, always garage kept, only Mobil 1 motor oil changed every 3k, only Michelin tires, only fill up at gas stations which met his approval.
My father is what one would refer to as a “snowbird”, living in upstate NY and having a vacation home in Naples Fl.A large majority of the mileage on this vehicle was acquired traveling to and from Florida.
In 2014, my father bought a new vehicle but wasn’t ready to let go of his Land Cruiser. It was retired to his garage and religiously started and driven once a month. This summer he finally decided that it was time to let go of his LC2.That’s where I come in.In the past months I have gone through and serviced this vehicle all while using it as my daily driver. Here’s a quick list of what has recently been done:full brake service (new premium pads, new rotors, and brake fluid flushed), serpentine belt replaced with gates green belt, air filter and cabin filter replaced, and the windshield wipers were replaced.I have put over 1k on her and can attest that she drives beautifully. The suspension is firm with no odd noises or squeaks, the transmission shifts smoothly, and the engine has quite good acceleration.Toyota built an extremely capable vehicle.
Inside the interior shows minimal, if any, signs of wear. There are no rips, tears, burns or permanent stains. This is a smoke and pet free vehicle, and without any strange odors.
The rear entertainment has never been used, remote is new, headphones still in their original plastic bags.I have tested it out and it works perfectly.
Outside the Land Cruiser still has all its original paint and it shines beautifully. It has never been machine polished, only waxed by hand. The wheels have no damage, and the tires still have plenty of thread depth. The headlight sparkle like new, and the factory original windshield is clear.
There are a myriad of options on this vehicle which I will update shortly.
Vehicle is located in NY, zip 11787.Shipping is not included, however I will assist the buyer with any reasonable request to facilitate sale.Iwill post more pictures this weekend.
*EditI’ve updated the photos today. Please keep in mind this car has not been detailed or dressed up in any way, just washed and vacuumed. As such, the original floor mats could use a shampoo treatment to look new again.
On the mechanical side, she is in top shape. There are no codes pending or saved, and all of the computer systems have run their diagnostics and are in ready mode. The battery was replaced in 2014 with a genuine Toyota battery.
As you can see from the window sticker photo, this land cruiser has $7500 in upgrades/equipment.What is not listed is a dealer installed tow hitch.
