Custom camper van built by one of the best builders in North America. The ultimate adventure machine and daily driver. Built on a 2011 Sienna AWD which is one of the most reliable vehicles on the planet. Certified Toyota powertrain warranty until May 12, 2017/ 100,000 miles. I purchased the vehicle from a dealer inPittsburgh and had it customized by GTRV builders. Pop up roof is in near perfect condition. All upholstery in near new condition as it has been covered since new. Sleeps four with full width quarters below. Seat belts for 5. Swivelfront passenger seat. Thermostatically controlled magic fan. Thermostatically controlled propane heater by propex. Extra house deep cycle battery (charged by alternator and 90W solar panel)with isolator and override button on dashboard. Thule roofcarrier plus two bike racks and brand new soft sided cargo bag. Stabilizingair bladders in rear coils/struts with adjustable air pressure. Trailer hitch with electric brake controller. Power windows. Power door locks. Power drivers seat. Powerslidingside doors. Wind and rain deflectors. Propane, CO and smoke detectors. Run flat tires (less than 5000 miles on them).
The camper kitchen is set up primarily to be used from the outside (tailgating) which is protected by the liftgate when open. Butcher block counter with removable leaf. Kitchen accessible from the inside by removing two of the butcher block counter tops. Removable double propane camping stove. Dometic 12V fridge/freezer (chest style). Cold and hot (on demand) running water with hand shower attachment. 10 gallon/50 litre fresh water tanks. Single stainless sink.
The vehicle has a few surface scratches that do not penetrate beyond the clear coat. Aluminum rims have some curb damage. The propane stove and hot water must be used only in well ventilated situations.
