Up for auction on eBay is a very nice 1997 Toyota Celica GT with 158K miles. It definitely needs a clutch. Included is an Upgraded M-PACT Clutch Kit (HI-TORQUE 6-PUCK CERAMIC DISC). The car is all there and runs great. It does have wear and cosmetic damage as pictured. The battery is weak, the clear coat is faded, both front fenders are dented, the drivers seat bolster is worn and there are a few minor scratches and defects consistent with normal wear andtear of a1997Celica. I have owned many Toyota Celica's and Supra's. They are reliable and fun little cars that are bullet proof. This one has lots of potential with little effort. The last clutch I replaced was in 1979.The mechanic that was toreplace the clutch went AWALL. I ordered in the parts months ago and my mechanic vanished. It's not difficult to replace the clutch on a Celica. Look on YouTube. Aside fromthe easily replaceable clutch, week battery, and cosmetic issues as pictured, with very little effort, you can have a really nice 1997 Toyota Celica. Spray the faded clearcoat with plasticoat carbon fiber and this car will look great. It runs and drives as a 97 Celica GT should; great! All options work. The Air blows ice cold. No lights or warnings. The engine and transmission are both smooth and strong. This car listed for $20,598 in 1997. Celica's retain value. This car is not rusted out. The 2.2L 135 HP 14 valve 4 Cyl engine is worth far more than the opening bid. Perhaps you need a good engine for yours. Or, with very little effort, you will own a car that you will be proud of. Everything else is good, including the inspection, good until 6/17. Selling to the highest bidder without reserve, clutch kit included. Available for inspection and to test drive by appointment. Can be driven home, but, I do caution the clutch is weak and slips.
