1998 TOYOTA COROLLA LE - 4DR SEDAN
GENERAL: it has a 4-Cyl., 1.8 Liter EFI Engine, with 120 Horsepower. EPA rated at 25 City/33 Hwy/28 Comb with a 12.2 gallon fuel tank. It comes with Automatic transmission (4 speed), Front Wheel Drive (FWD), Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows (Driver Express Down) and Power Door Locks. Also has Air Conditioning (R-134), Driver & Passenger Front and Side Air Bags and AM/FM Stereo Radio with CD Player. It has daytime running lights.
The NEW: Front and Rear Struts/Shocks, Front and Rear Brakes and Rotors, Ignition Switch (with new keys), Catalytic Converter, Alternator, Emission Control Valve, Serpentine Belt, Passenger Side Door Handle, Passenger Side Remote Controlled Outside Mirror and Four Tires (have about 2500 miles on them).
The BAD: it could use a new headliner (starting to come loose at the rear window). The hood has a lot of paint dings due to falling debris (small rocks) from a gravel truck.
I have spent about $3700.00 in the past six months (plus what I paid for it) getting the car in excellent mechanical condition for my grandson (complications arose and he didn't get the car and now I need to sell it). It now RUNS GREAT and RIDES SMOOTH and gets GREAT GAS MILEAGE. On the last tank of gas, I drove it 199.9 miles and it only took 5.785 gallons to fill the tank. That came out to a whopping 34.55 miles per gallon (mpg). This would make a great second car or for the first time teenage driver. New Registration and Inspection done in March 2016. It has a clear BLUE TexasTitle in my name. All ready to go for the new owner. Also, For Sale Locally!
