2008 Toyota Tundra SR5 Description
Selling my 2008 Tundra CrewMax due to family changes (need a third row!). The truck is in great condition and I'm the second owner. The first owner bought it in Georgia and took excellent care of it Fort Mill, South Carolina, and I've had it since March 2016 in Charlotte, NC. I have complete service records from the first owner, and the only service I've done besides oil changes is a starter replacement in October 2016 by the dealer. All electrical systems and components are in good working order. The truck drives great, no mechanical issues to report either. Message me with questions or for more pictures. Thanks for bidding! The Good:
HUGE cab! The biggest in its class. The back seat is like a limousine, you've got leg room for days. An adult could comfortably cross his/her legs back there. Rear seats slide and recline, and the seatbacks fold down to provide a hard, protected surface to put stuff on so you don't damage the upholstery.
Interior is in excellent condition - you really wouldn't believe this is a 9 yr old truck. The first owner babied it, and I've used it as a family hauler and mobile office.
Drives great, with incredible power on tap from the 5.7L V8. Very smooth on the highway too.
Lots of storage. The front armrest bin is huge and is set up to hold hanging file folders. I've used the truck as a mobile office and fit my 13" MacBook Air in it easily to keep it out of sight. Dual gloveboxes, overhead storage, and space under the rear seats are great too. There's also a hidden compartment next to the gear shift, great for cash or smaller items.
The Bad:
Exterior has some dings and scratches, but nothing more than you'd expect from a 9 yr old pickup truck. The only thing out of the ordinary is a long scratch on the passenger side doors from someone keying it. It's not a deep scratch, and you can't really see it at a distance.
Front tires are pretty worn and will need to be replaced soon.
It's not exactly fuel-efficient, but you knew that already.
