This FJ drives like new. It’s only had one owner, and she has taken very good care of her FJ. The mileage is mostly highway miles between Virginia and South Carolina. Gas mileage is consistently around 20mpg. This FJ has many years of good life remaining. The reason for selling is a new van, recently purchased.

The motor and transmission are very strong, and run perfectly. No repair issues come with the SUV. There are No fluid leaks of any kind. All Toyota servicing and recalls are up to date. It’s had regular oil changes with 0w-20 synthetic oil. Recent transmission fluid change and driveline lube done by the Toyota dealer.

The front tires have about 80% of tread remaining, and the rear tires have about 90% of tread remaining. The steering and suspension are stock, and trouble-free. The front brake pads were replaced for the first time at the beginning of 2016. The serpentine belt was replaced at 92,000 miles. Toyota builds things to last, and the owner drove this FJ very gently. There are no mechanical issues of any sort to report.

Even though this is a 4 wheel drive, it has never been driven off road, or even used in 4WD mode. It’s got years of off-roading ahead, if that’s your interest. It’s toughest day has been maneuvering the Costco parking lot. Seriously, this vehicle has been 100% ownedand operated by a petite lady. If any mud splashes on it, it gets cleaned and detailed.

The exterior is in very good shape, and has never been in a wreck. No rust anywhere on this Southern vehicle. The paint and clear coat are still like new. Only a few minor scratches in various areas can be seen. A few minor dings are located on the hood, and there's a minor sap trail on the hood, barely visible. All glass, lights, and lenses are in great shape. The wheels are in very good shape. I just noticed some minor cosmetic damage had been done to one of the wheel’s inner rim. The mechanic must have been a little rough when replacing the tires. The front windshield was recently replaced due to wear. The silver part of the front bumper has a minor scratch, but the bumpers are in great shape.

The interior is in very good shape with only very minor wear. The upholstery and carpets look great. Only the removable carpet and the plastic in the trunk area are showing moderate wear. A small area of the rear seat upholstery had some white paint spilled on it. It has been touched up and is not noticeable. One of the small snap-on plastic fascia covers for a rear headrest hole is missing.

The dashboard, steering wheel, and controls look new. A/C and heat work perfectly. The JBL sound system is awesome. All electronics work as they should.
