2004 Toyota Prius Description

We purchased this car on December 13, 2003 and have driven 260,000 mile on it. The hybrid battery is original and is not bad to the best of my knowledge. The lead acid battery was replaced somewhere around 180,000 miles. Almost everything else is original and completely shot. It has never been in a real accident but nearly every body panel is dented. The only body panels without damage are the driver side door and the hatchback. The engine check light is on code P0420. Just recently every light on the dash came on. There is a hole in the tailpipe. The engine does work but does not run smooth at startup. Almost everything else inside works, Navigation, A/C, Radio, Homelink, and MFD, all work. It is push to start and has the smart entry which the package 6 has. It has all of the original shocks and ball joints all of which make noise. If you have any questions please ask.
