Terms of Sale

The following Terms and Conditions apply.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person) or bank wire transfer. All funds must be in US dollars only. Out of state buyers must have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid, 'Best Offer', 'Buy It Now' option.

Deposit

The successful high bidder must submit a $100 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the listing to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the listing. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Anyone taking delivery of a motor vehicle in Oregon must provide Proof of Insurance.Any valid id card for a vehicle you presently own will suffice.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving my premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before I release the vehicle.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.The seller has tried to disclose all information known about any vehicle for sale.Please be advised, used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.I/seller welcome and recommend(s) a buyer's inspection.I suggest an inspection before placing a bid or making a 'Best Offer'.Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
