2015 Toyota Sienna Description

Here's the long and short of it. My parents bought this van new in 2015 (I think). They shipped it up to Indiana to have a mechanical wheelchair ramp/lift installed (see pictures) for my little brother.
The van has 12,900 miles, most of those miles are extended road trips.
I have included a picture of the dealer's window sheet because the van was fully loaded with almost every available option.
My parents paid roughly $50,000 for the van and $25,000 for the ramp (receipt sheets included).
The van has been fully maintained and serviced (service records are available).
There are no scratches or dents. There is a little road rash as with most vehicles driven on the interstate.
The van resides in Houston.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the van, due to the passing of my brother my parents no longer need it.
