1991 Toyota Previa LE Description

It's with great sadness that I am listing to sell my Toyota Previa. If you're looking at this ad, you know these are great vans that can last a long, long time. You also know that there are two major things that can go wrong with them. No problem with the SADS with this one, but it does have a blown head gasket, and I don't drive it enough to justify doing it. A lot of people have success with the head gasket repair in a bottle, but I wanted to let you, the proud owner of this beautiful vehicle, choose whether you wanted to do that or a standard engine rebuild.
The good:
This is the top of the line 1991 LE. Owned by one previous family in Richmond, VA, where it was used as a family car for many many years. I've had it for the last year. Few cars this far north have seen this little snow or salt.
-Great body
-Dual sunroofs
-Cruise control (!)
-New tires (Goodyear Assurance All-Season SL) with under 3000 miles on them
-Almost-full-size spare tire
-Power locks
-No rips or tears on any seats
-Accelerator cable just replaced
-New front brakes last summer
-It's a Previa
-Aftermarket CD / Radio
Areas for work:
-Some electrical areas - temp gauge is not always accurate, interior fans / A/C do not blow, display on radio is dim. All headlights work, windshield wipers, side view mirrors, battery is relatively new and holds a good charge. This might be a pretty straightforward fix.
-Rear gate supports a little weak - work fine in warm weather but needs a little support when it's cold
-The engine
I had big plans for traveling in this thing and even had made a fold-out bed that you can see part of the frame for in the pictures. If you're interested, this can be included. Also includes two individual middle seats, not pictured.
This is a great car that, if you work on it yourself or have a shop you like, could still have a lot of life. Great room inside - can fit 8 x 4 plywood flat in the back. Roll a bike right in with the back seats folded. Gas mileage around 22 mpg on the highway. I've enjoyed it, but I just don't drive it enough to justify keeping it from somebody who will give it the home it deserves.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Recommend towing, but can be driven short distances if you're inclined.
