Selling because I am switching to a smaller car. This truck runs and looks great.The exterior has a few nicks and scratches, which I tried to picture. Please look the pictures over to make your own evaluation on condition, ask questions, then bid.The truck is sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY either written or expressed.You are welcome and encouraged to see the truck in person; drive it, take it to a mechanic, kick the tires, crawl in, over and under it.You can drive the truck home or have it shipped at your expense. I am selling this truck locally so if you don't have the funds to purchase, do not bid. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due at auction end and the rest due at pickup. Pictures:

I tried my best to take as many quality pictures as I can. I also tried to capture the trucks imperfections. The exterior has a few nicks, dings and scratches. The front bumper has a small red paint smear when I rubbed against a bumper post - I left the smear on because I thought it was cool. The windshield has 2 small rock dings but for months they never spidered so I left them be. The black gas tank door, rear door handles, and lower accent behind the rear doors (just in front of the rear tires) are plasti-dipped and can be peeled off - I initially just sprayed the lower accents because Toyota puts a plastic film paint protection piece (same size as sprayed) but due to time the edges get dirty so this looks 100% better in my opinion. Once I did that I thought it would be cool to do the other pieces mentioned. Woody and Buzz are glued to the rear bumper piece and I am sure they can be scraped off if needed. Finally, the only “warning” light that remains lit is the low pressure sensor for the tires. There is NOTHING wrong I just refused to pay Toyota a $175.00 fee to “reset” this light when I changed out my rims and tires with new sensor valves - so I resort to the good old fashion way of checking my tire pressure - I open my eyes and look at my tires! Tires will need to be replaced soon due to wear.

Personal items in pictures, such as water bottles, tissues, sunglasses, garage door opener, machette, blanket, hats, umbrella’s, garbage bags, Superman bobble head, and everything in the toolbox, etc., are NOT included with the sale of this truck; this is still my daily driver and I realized the pictured additional items after taking the pictures and posting.

Buyers Inspection: I have done my best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. I welcome and encourage a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending and notify me of date/time of the inspection. Inspection fees, if any, are Buyers responsibility.

Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making any bids

Used vehicles: Buyers are responsible for all State, county, and city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the State that the vehicle will be registered in.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time I pay a vehicle off. While I usually have all titles in my possession at closing, there are occasions where I may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks, I will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. I will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my property. I am not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with me. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from my location until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase: Successful high bidder MUST communicate with me by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure bid on vehicle, successful bidder (BUYER) must send to Seller a Non-refundable Deposit in the amount of $500 by major credit card, cash (in person), bank certified funds or Paypal within 24 hours of bid closing. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send remainder balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash (in person), or bank certified funds to Seller. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License and contact me. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller. If paying by PayPal extra 3% fee will apply.
