Vehicle runs but runs rough low on hydroge, according to previous owner the top speed is 40 mph, will not shift into a higher speed beyond 40 mph this was display vehicles, most of the time was sitting so probably have bad battery that way will not shift to higher spee, This is more project vehicles for some one know what they doing with Hydrogen and Hybrid !
