1993 Toyota Celica GT Description

This vehicle had an electrical problem when I first got it some 9yrs ago but I was never really able to figure out what it was. It still runs great. I picked it up from Fort Worth Texas and drove it to Memphis TN where I lived at the time. I've gone on several road trips to Mississippi, Augusta GA, Marion NC and still drive it in the summers up and down the mountains here where I now live. Love to take it out on the town in Asheville NC as well. Still runs great.
I only use pennzoil full synthetic 10w30 and change oil every 3000-4000miles since I only drive it a few months/year.
Main problem with it now is it has a cold start problem but I can't find a cold start switch on it. Takes a little babying to get started when it's cold out, sometimes happens now even when it's hot. No one seems to be able to figure out why. Got a new starter, alternator, original transmission, but thé engine was replaced mid 2008. I didn't get the carfax when I got it but I could tell it was in a bad wreck cos it was bondoed really terribly on the front driver side fender and could have been the reason for all the jacked up electrical wiring. I was told the whole wiring system on the vehicle needed to be redone but I haven't fooled with that yet cos it works great for what I use it for, cruising around in the summer.
The convertible top works fine when there's oil in the convertible motor which is in the trunk. The convertible motor has a small leak I suspect but I have not bothered with it cos I only have to fill it up once or twice all summer.
I replaced the black canvas factory top with an aftermarket vinyl top cos I wanted to dye it pink which I did but the aftermarket top is not holding up as good, it's torn at the seems and the back clear plastic is torn and very hazy you can hardly see through it anymore. See pics for details. Unfortunately I did not ask for the original top back when I got the top replaced in 2008.The hook latch mechanism that secures the top when it's down in the front is broken. The driver side was broken in 2012 I had it at the tire shop to replace the 18" wheels to 17". Of course I didn't realize it till a couple of days later and they denied ever touching the top. It held good with one side until it rained. The passenger side was finally broken at gateway tire in 2015 when I got a new set of tires before my road trip to Augusta so now I can't drive it with the top closed at all cos it will be opened by the wind. I only drive it when I know there's no rain and I won't need to put the top back up.
Right before it got cold this past winter I ran into something while cruising home from Burnsville NC and had a flat tire as I pulled in the driveway so I parked it and haven't driven it since. I use to go out and get it started at least once or twice a week but I haven't done that since November so I haven't started it in 4 months. I have put stabil in the tank to protect the gas and tank.
That's all I can think of right now besides the fact that it has 17" white powder coated wheels lined with pink decals that peel off easily, the body is covered in white/pink artwork. See pictures for details if I remember anything else I will add. Feel free to come by for a test drive. It's a pretty one but I just had a baby in January (a handsome young fellow, my first one) and i'm shopping for a soccer mom van...
Clean title. Sold as is so please see all pictures for details as the pictures are an essential part of the description and ask me lots of questions before bidding. Thank you.
