1997 Toyota RAV4 Description

1997 Rav4. 104,000 miles. Starts, drives and runs very good.. Needs brake caliper. Has rust on drivers side rear quarter and inside rear drivers door-wheel well area. less on passenger side. Underbody and frame very solid and clean-not rusty. Tires are fair-poor. Has power steering leak. No Title-Vermont Car over 15 years old. Can not get a Title. Sold with Bill of sale only. Check with your DMV for what you can do with non Title Vehicle. Vermont does not issue title and does not want a Title to register a Vehicle over 15 years old. Sold with Bill of sale only. The Rav4 currently has a Registration and Lic. Plates in my name(owner) as a Passenger Vehicle in Vermont. New Hampshire and Vermont are the same with not needing a Title for older vehicles, not sure about other States. Please check with your DMV in regard to buying and registering a Vermont car with no Title. thank you.
