1988 Toyota Land Cruiser Description

I have a 1988 Toyota FJ62 Land Cruiser for sale. It has 210450 miles on it and is in above average shape, it is Champagne Metalic with Brown Interior. It only has a slight crack on the side of the drivers seat less than 1" and no tears anywhere, the dashboard has ZERO cracks or signs of wear anywhere. This is a 3 Owner FJ62. It was originally bought brand new by a lawyer at Pete Batten Toyota here in NC and sold to a neighbor at 26000 miles. I purchased it from the second owner. In the last 250 miles it has had a brand new set of 235/75/R15 Michelin LTX M/S2 tires, Full Fluids Flush, Full Toyota Tune Up, all brand new Sylvania Long Life bulbs, and Fluid Film Undercoating. It feels like it needs to have the AC recharged, as it is not blowing super cold anymore but not entirely sure. I do not believe the AC system has ever been converted over either. The truck has 2small spots of rust on the tailgate. They have been sanded and primed to stop them from spreading. It also has 1 small spot about the size of a silver dollar or smaller on the very bottom of the passenger side front door. The quarter panels are in perfect shape and the frame only has light surface rust. It has the original Toyota tool kit in the rear, 2 spare original Toyota belts that are stored in the same compartment, original owners manual, and 2 Keys. I am located in Raleigh,NC and Charlotte,NC I travel for business every few days and the vehicle can be seen in either city with some advance notice. (The roof racks are not included, they have some sentimental value to me and will be put on another one of my cruisers)
