1978 Toyota Land Cruiser with a 6 cylinder motor and manual 4 speed. My friend bought this out of a barn where it had been sitting for a while. He
Mostly just cleaned up and replaced everything that had gone bad from sitting in a barn for so long--engine hoses, wires, lights, hinges, window cranks/hardware and a lot of other little things like that. New things that also went into the Land Cruiser are new brake booster, new brake master cylinder, new front calipers/rotors/pads, rear drums rebuilt, many new brake lines. The Land Cruiser runs well, goes down the road straight and brakes well. The clutch has a good feel to it and doesn't seem to slip at all. This is a DRIVER quality Land Cruiser, it does have some minor rust issues and blisters. (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS AND VIDEO). The frame is solid. Everything seems to be in working order, headlights, blinkers, brake lights, reverse lights, heater fan, wipers and so on. There are a few pictures of the underside, its solid with surface rust, please inspect them. The paint seems like a single stage but I really don't know. Its a 30 footer, again please look at the pictures and video. The interior is complete, the upholstery has some rips. Could use a good cleaning.
