2006 Toyota 4Runner sr5 Description

2006 Toyota 4Runner sr5 4.0 6cyl. I moved recently and bought this to drive to the train station and keep my expensive car in the garage. I recently decided it made no sense to have two cars, so I'm selling both and getting one different vehicle. Now onto the 4runner:
This truck literally runs perfect, I'm pretty mechanically inclined when it comes to cars and there truly isn't one thing that this car needs. Everything works, 4x4, Ac and just passed NYS inspection a week ago. This particular 4runner has the straight 6cyl 4.0, which if you do some research, are bullet proof as long as they are maintained! I've seen some of these with 350k+ miles. This 4Runner was maintained by the original owner it's entire life at Prestige Toyota in NJ until I bought it recently and it shows if you do a carfax. It even has a Toyota battery in it, not a off brand! Has Michelin Tires with tons of tread. I have full faith in the car doing another 100k plus miles and would drive it any where. I just installed the tow hitch, which has never been used because I wanted to tow a trailer, which i never ended up doing.
Exterior and body:
The body and paint are good for the age and miles. There are some scratches and dings but no major dents or faded paint. This has the newer LED tail lights and Projector headlights which are a huge upgrade from the 03-05 models. 06-08 had these upgrades.
Interior:
Interior is in great shape:
No stains, no rips in the seats, no cracked dashboard.
Overall this vehicle is ready to be driven without any money being put into it and will last the next owner a long time. Please ask all questions before bidding!!

Had a few questions whether or not there was any frame rot, so I added some pics. It was wet in the pics from all the rain here but there is no rot on it.
