2005 Gray Toyota Camry
2005 Toyota Camry Description
This is a two owner car. We acquired it when it had 36,500 miles in 2006. This car has been a dependable daily driver for commuting to work, but now our college student daughter has been its primary driver since July of 2015. The car has continued to give faithful service, but she now finds herself the proud driver of a newer car so the time has come to give someone else the opportunity to own this very reliable vehicle.
Air Conditioning, Heat, and Cruise Control function perfectly.Oil has been changed in strict compliance with the engine management system prompts. Transmission fluid and filter has been changed every 100,000 miles. Spark plugs were also changed every 100,000 miles. I have changed /replaced the brakes twice, the last time I replaced both front rotors. I have never done any major work to the engine. The car is on its second battery.
I am not sure how many sets of tires I have put on it over the last 10 years. I do know that the present tires were installed approximately 15,000 miles ago and the tread depth is 9/32 of an inch. I believe their new tread depth was 11/32 of an inch. The exhaust system was replaced, including the catalytic converter, in 2014.
The stock stereo was replace with a Clarion system that includes Bluetooth connectivity to your smart phone. The stereo also has a USB Port for charging your phone. The rear deck speakers were also replaced as were the speaker grills. The car has been rear-ended twice. On both occasions the repairs were performed by professional body shops and as shown in the attached photographs the work was done well.
Body lines are straight, the paint shows chips due to road debris that you would normally expect on an 11 year old car. This has been a non-smoking car. The dash panels are intact and in good condition. The headliner is intact and has no sags.
I have every confidence in the performance and reliability of the car. If I walked out tomorrow to go to work and saw a flat tire on my car, I would have no qualms about jumping in the Toyota and heading off on my 22 mile commute. If I were headed to Denver and departing at 6:00 AM, I would have no concerns about booking a reservation at the Denver Chophouse And Brewery in anticipation of unwinding after a long day on the road.
The winning bidder is responsible for picking up the car. Warrenton is approximately 60 miles from downtown St. Louis. Payment can be remitted by Cashiers Check, Fed Wire or by cash when picking up the car. If paying by check I will hold the title until your funds have been collected.
The car is for sale locally as well and I do reserve the right to close the auction for a local sale. Check out my feedback. I don't sell a lot of items on Ebay, but I make it a point to give the bidders accurate and honest information for your consideration.
Bid early. Bid often. Good luck.
