Recent routine work performed: In the past 90 days, the spark plug wires, fuel filter, spark plugs, and all three drive belts have been replaced (Belt, Alternator V; V Belt, and Belt V Ribbed). The belts are Toyota's own belts and they were installed by a Toyota dealership. The vehicle also has a brand new $147 NAPA Battery installed.
Vehicle Condition:
The interior is in good condition and appears to be all original. The interior needs a good cleaning although it was just vacuumed, it could use a deep shampoo cleaning. The front seats have tearsand typical wear patterns consistent with a 19 year old vehicle.The front seats couldbenefit from seat covers.
The engine compartment is clean and demonstrates the maintenance even without a cleaning. Mechanically, it drives well and shifts as it should and stops fine. I would replace the front brake pads as they are about 25% remaining. The back brakes seem fine. It doesn't appear to be using norleaking any fluids. the vehicle could benefit from front struts but nothing that you might not expect from a 19 year old used vehicle. The sun roof works as it should, the back windows goes up and down as it should. The power door locks work fine.
Exterior: The exteriorcould use a good cleaning.It has the typical scratches and scuffs that one might expect. There is a passenger side has a hand sizeddent but it is notsignificant and doesn't detract from the overallappearance of the vehicle. The large chromerims were added by the previous owner and there is a set of newer Yokohama Studless snow tires on the vehicle with less than 5000 miles on them. The tires costover $1200 on tire rack. They were professionally installed and balanced in November of 2016.The AWD works fine and the car handles well in the snow. The A/C blows cold and the heater is very warm. Cruise control works fine. Cassette deck and CD works fine. Nice factory system.
We are selling because we are moving across America.This was a vehicle that we often took trips to the Bay area in and didn't off road but it would seem fine to do so. I would not hesitate to take this vehicle on a long trip.. All in all, a reliable classic that has been well used and not abused. Good appearance a lot of compliments. One of the better years of one of the better Toyota Products. Thank you!

This vehicle is located in Stateline Nevada which is 60 miles from the Reno Airport and about 110 miles from the Sacramento Airport.

There is just one Stateline, NV in Nevada and its about 400 miles from Las Vegas.

CONCERNING SMOG

We make no guarantees as to the vehicle passing or failing an emission test in your city, county, state. This vehicle passed the rigorous California Emission Test last year without any issues. Since then we have tuned up the vehicle and we do not anticipate any problems. However, there are multiple different systems within many states by county and cities. We cannot bring the car to your state to get it Smog test and personally, I think its a little odd that one state cannot accept another State's Smog test (usually) but its all about the Smog Tax, License Tax, Registration Tax, Sales Tax, and all the other taxes that the Government labels, "Fees" to dup you!
