1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo T-Bar Coupe Description


























Fresh factory red paint over a rust-free / damage-free body. This car arrived to us looking faded and had a bad engine - otherwise it was well-kept and complete. The engine and transmission were replaced by a 50,000 mile JDM long block. The OEM CT26 turbocharger was rebuilt. The clutch & pressure plate are brand new. The flywheel was resurfaced. water pump,timing belt, sending units,plugs, etc,etc A/C works well and was updated to R134. Break Calipers were rebuilt and all pads are new. It has the adjustable shocks so you have a lot of different settings for all driving purposes. This car is completely stock except for an EGR delete kit that was added. It retains the proper North America intake manifold with EGR port, so the EGR valve *can* be refitted easily but is not necessary to pass inspection and has already been inspected in North Carolina. This is a factory turbo car with T-bar roof, air conditioning, power steering, and power windows/locks. Drives very nice.
Fresh rebuild on OEM CT26 turbocharger (JDM 3sgte engine using USA intake, computer, and turbo). This car has been refreshed in every way possible. I was fixing this for my son to drive back and fourth to college but he made the mistake of taking his mother for a ride and it scared her so she went out and bought him a 2014 honda accord. I am losing money at this price but I just dont need it. I really wish I could keep it but I already have four 2 seat cars

The engine and transmission were bought from Japan with
Factory 5 Speed manual transmission. Brand new clutch & pressure plate.
New brake pads. New brake master cylinder. Koni adjustable shocks. 2004 model tail lights that really make it look great. Stock air box still in place!
