PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows: Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 24 HOURS following the end of auction, a $295 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be received in the form of cashiers-check, certified funds, money orders cash in person or credit card. If a deposit is not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions and cash in person. Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out -of - State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in own states. We do not ship cars. Buyers are responsible for shipping only. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. Under no circumstances will any BID RETRACTIONS be allowed 24 hours before the auction ends. If you are entering your bid within the last 24 hours, please make sure you have all the information you need. Fee and Tax Information: Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax in PA. A $295 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction due to state raising prices on title work, We are sorry but have to raise the fees accordingly, which will cover document preparation, title transfer, listing fees vehicle prep and maintenance fees. Temporary transit tags are available for an additional $75 for those who needs one, which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days. There will be a storage fee of $19.99 per day if the vehicle is not being picked up with 10 regular days after the auction ends.

This vehicle purchase comes with a 72-Hour Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. We have instituted the policy of this Money-Back Guarantee to help ease the apprehension of an online purchase. This will allow time to drive, examine and get comfortable with your new vehicle. This Guarantee period starts when the vehicle is picked up or at the time that delivery is received. If your vehicle was shipped to you, We need to be informed within 72 hours of receipt and you have two weeks to get the vehicle back to us from the date you have received the vehicle. We have only two requirements pertaining to this guarantee. The vehicle must be paid in full according to the terms indicated in the Payment section and the buyer will leave feedback immediately following the guarantee period. Your feedback is a small token of appreciation for our efforts to provide quality product. Other than the 72-Hour Guarantee and the eBay warranty coverage stated, all online vehicle sales are AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. The mileage stated is guaranteed accurate within plus 250 miles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear of liens or encumbrances.
