1989 Toyota Celica GT Coupe 2-Door Description

The Celica is from California, my neighbors son bought it while attending college out there. Two years ago he returned back to Illinois and parked it in the garage. I bought it whit the intention of giving it to my grand son, but that's several years down the road and storage now has become a problem. The motor will start and I drove it around the yard but it has no brakes so it will need to be towed. The top goes up and down headlights brake lights turns power windows all seem to wor, there is an exhaust leak so it's rather loud. The over all condition of the car is not bad, the neighbor told me the top had been replaced before it came back from California, it has rust on the passenger side behind the rear wheel, and some of the clear coat has failed on the hood.
