Serious 100 series owners like to use OEM Toyota wheels because they are stronger then aftermarket wheels. They use 18" OEM Toyota wheels for the highway and moderate off roading. They switch to the 16" OEM Toyota wheels for the high to extreme adventures. Use buy it now and you wont have to search for a set of hard to find mint condition 16" wheels!
I've been driving this land cruiser around for a while now. I have pampered it and lifted it recently. I did some light off roading with some friends 3 times in desert type trails in south jersey to have some fun and make sure everything is in working order after the lift was installed. This truck is fantastic, it actually drives and handles better then when stock! With New BFG K02 tires and an old man emu lift kit you can go wheeling almost anywhere with it the way it is or just cruise the town,its a joy to drive!If you have the itch to go all out, It's a perfect platform to build up to an extreme land cruiser! Extensive Car Fax: 1st owner, The father lived in NJ moved to Oregon and handed it down to his son, 2nd owner, he had kids himself and handed it down to his son, 3rd owner, he drove it back from Oregon, went to college and maintained it himself. I spoke with him before I bought it so I know the entire history. Carfax reads:1 family, 3 owner, Vehicle has 1 accident on it,
Front impact on 2/05/2013 repairs were made, no sign of accident remains everything lines up. The son's father(2nd owner) wrote the mileage on the title incorrectly when he signed it over to his son (3rd owner he titled and registered it without knowing, I didn't think a 40,000 mile discrepancy was a big issue due to Car Fax history and hearing about it from the son.
8/19/2010 vehicle serviced at Galaxy Toyota odometer states 121,000 8/19/2010 son registered and titled vehicle with the incorrect mileage states 199,600 5/16/2011 vehicle serviced at Galaxy Toyota odometer states 123,746

This is my 4th 100 series and Trying to find a 100 series Land Cruisers in good condition is pretty hard. I have come across a lot that looked good on the outside but had worn out interiors and/or serious rust underneath. I can assure you this 100 series is in great shape all around! I have also followed 100 series land cruiser auctions for a long time. The buy it now price I have is low compared to 100 series I have seen sell on here which were older and were not as clean on exterior or interior. Don't sleep on this one!
