2009 Toyota Yaris Hatchback Description

Toyota Yaris with all options ($2300 over base price). 148500 miles.
Got into an accident while driving to Florida in heavy rains on Jun 5. I damaged the hood, front right head light, right side. No air bags went off, no lights on the dash, and I drove the car back home about 230 miles with no issues. First few pictures were recently but before accident and the last photos are after the accident.
If it doesnt sell for the price I want, I will fix it and continue to drive it. Nothing is hard to fix and parts are not expensive. Someone who is handy can get a great car and fix it in one afternoon.
Almost all highway miles in Kansas and Florida (i.e. no traffic like DC) and much less wear and tear than a city car or car on 395/495, and will perform better than another used car for sale that was in stop and go traffic. Original brakes and clutch, plenty of life left.
Non-smoker, no kids, back seat hasnt been used. The paint looks great (minus accident) and interior cloth has no tears. Has a couple marks on it like most vehicles but much better than average condition for its year/miles as it was not parked in the city. The interior plastic has some scratches from my road bicycle being transported in it.

I started hearing a rattling sound from acceleration to about 5mph, around 125K miles. I had several mechanics look at it and we cant figure it out. It hasnt affected anything and that was 25K miles ago. As you can tell from the photos, the car is in much better condition for its age than many lower mile cars, due to most miles being on the highway and never being parked in the city.

This car needs nothing and minor maintenance like oil changes till 200,000 miles.
Very reliable and fun to drive since it is small, light weight, and stick shift. No transmission problems like an automatic.
I put about 6000 miles per month the last few months and never had an issue. Stick shifts are inexpensive to fix if there is ever an issue, automatic transmissions can be $1000s.
