For all out of state buyers, a Clean title will be reassigned to the winning bidder with bill of sale and other paperworknecessary to register your new car. If you are flying down to drive the car homeyoumustpay the sales tax on the vehicle based on your State's local rate, up to 6%. Almost all states will give you100% credit for taxes collected in Florida. Call us and we can let you know your states policy. If you are having the vehicle shipped out of statenosales tax is needed to be paid to us.For Florida Residents we must collect sales tax on the vehicle based on the county that you reside (normally 6%), plus State Title, Tag/Plate, and Registration Fees. These are fees that we collect for the State are at no mark up. $500 Paypal deposit is required at the end of the auction within 24 hours, you can also use a credit card over the phone. We are more than happy to pick you up from Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) at no charge. Out of state buyer will be responsible for all of your state license plate, title fees, and registration fees. We are able to issue a 30 day temporary paper plate for transport back to your state for $42.35 and you are required to have insurance on the vehicle 24 hours before pickup. You will be able to inspect and test drive the vehicle for as long as you need, take it for a drive around South Florida all day if you like.Upon taking delivery, after your inspection, test drive, and final approval of the vehicle, ebay feedback will be required to be left before the car is released. Payment must be made in person either by Cash only in person, Cashiers Check Mailed if shipping, or by Wire Transfer ($21 wire fee) if shipping for the final payment due within 7 days of auction closing and before you take delivery of the vehicle. We can hold your vehicle securely on our lot if you need more time to ship or pickup as long as it is paid for.
