2007 Toyota Prius Description

• Single owner, nonsmoker, car primarily driven on the freeway. Clean California title.
• NOTE that there is a FAULTY main hybrid battery (bad cell) and Check Engine Light is ON. Vehicle starts and runs, but has not been driven any significant distances since Check Engine Light appeared.
• Grey interior is excellent, all weather floor mats, fabric seats clean and no tears.
• Inspection done in May by the long time mechanic when hybrid battery issue appeared. (SEE copy of that inspection report is in the photos below).
• Vehicle has been very reliable. We were going to repair and keep as an extra car, but our youngest is moving out of state. (SEE Photos of CARFAX Maintenance Report for Past 4 Years)
• If you are handy or shop around you could get hybrid battery replaced for a reasonable amount.
• Cosmetic scratches on front and rear bumpers, slight damage to side view mirrors (SEE photos).
• Buyer will be required to provide all information requested by Seller for DMV REG 138 (including valid Driver's License, current address verification) before transfer can occur.
• We are not an auto dealer, so Buyer is responsible for reporting and payment of applicable fees and taxes (including, registration, transfer and use tax).
• Since hybrid battery is bad, Buyer is advised that the vehicle should be towed to be safe. Recommend that Buyer perform its own inspection before this vehicle is driven on public roads. VEHICLE IS SOLD "AS IS" AND "WHERE AS" WITH NO WARRANTIES BY SELLER (SEE below)

• VEHICLE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WHERE AS" WITH ALL FAULTS (KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, DESCRIBED OR NOT DESCRIBED). NO WARRANTIES OF ANY SORT ARE PROVIDED BY SELLER AND IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND OPTION OF BUYER TO CONFIRM THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE AND FORM THEIR OWN OPINION.
• Seller assumes no responsibility and makes no representation, warranty or guarantee concerning any of the descriptions herein or any statements made to any bidder or buyer. If convenient, the vehicle can be made available for a reasonable inspection prior to bidding by contacting me. Buyer will be required to sign a Bill of Sale in the form provided by Seller confirming that no warranties are provided by Seller, Seller's address and that Seller will promptly register transfer with DMV.
