1994 Toyota Land Cruiser Leather Description

I bought this in 1994 with 13,000 miles on it and have been the only owner since. It has been a fantastic car for 23 years and still is my daily driver. Hardly been off road other than pulling a trailer getting firewood. I have many more pictures upon request. The current issues are listed below.
*Power antenna no longer works.*Windshield washers don't work as of recently, haven't troubleshot yet. All wipers work fine.*Drivers seat has wear a bit worse than the pic of the back seat. Will take the seat cover off and send pics if needed.*Dent...pictured on drivers side. Hardly noticeable and no paint damage.*Chip in passenger side windshield, had it filled 20 years ago and hasn't spread.*Paint is rubbed where we had a sunroof deflector.
I had a pre-luber installed when I bought the vehicle because I hated the knocking sound on the first cold start...which I'm told is normal, but it made me cringe. So up until a year ago it had full oil pressure before starting. The motor on the preluder finally gave out and I had it taken off. The vehicle doesn't leak a drop and runs like it was brand new.
