1972 Toyota fj 55 frame off restoration focused on the mechanical aspect of the vehicle. Chassis cleaned and repainted, new suspension bushings, new shocks, original steering box refurbished, front and rear axles inspected and new seals, new brake cylinders, new brake pads and refurbished brake drums, gear box and transfer case inspected and new seals.The 6 cylinder F engine was fully rebuilt. This vehicle wears a drive train from a 1974 fj 55 donor vehicle so it is 4 speed + reverse. New brake hoses, new brake master kit, new slave and master cylinders for the clutch. New u-joints on the drive shafts. Refurbished radiator, new water pump, new alternator, new starter and battery, new windshield washer pump, new carburetor repair kit. New exhaust system and new dash pad. New custom steering wheel, all the dash instruments are fully functional. All the glass is in good shape and window door mechanisms are in working order. Includes and electric rear window. Custom new door panels, new head liner, new upholstery kit on the original bench seats. New padding and carpet. New shift boots and knobs. New hand brake cable and pads. All the lights are in working order. New wheels and tires. Body repairs to the usual rust areas done with fiberglass and bondo (no metal work).
