1988 Toyota Supra Description

Hey Ebayers...
I'm selling this time capsule because I don't have the time to restore it. This beauty is a 1988 Toyota Supra Targa with the 5 speed manual. It's only had one owner it's entire life, as you can see by the title.
The BAD:The car IS a project. It is drivable, but it runs very rough. I'm not sure if it needs something minor or major but here's what I do know: the battery is currently dead, it has a leak in one tire, the fan is broken, the AC is not cold. When it runs it just sounds off. Doesn't smoke but runs very rough. I wish I could tell you what it needs, but I'm in no way a mechanic. I do encourage anyone who likes to come see it before the auction is over and I'd be happy to let you drive it and look it over. I came across the car from a guy who got it from the original owner and called me because he knows I like japanese cars...but I'm not the original owner myself. I bought it to restore but sadly too many boats/car projects right now....
The GOOD:It's had all the following replaced recently by previous owner: spark plugs, oil change, oil pan gasket, new trans fluid filter and pan gasket, new intake gasket set installed, coolant flush, new valve cover gaskets. All the features on the car work like the power windows, radio, etc. Hatch and hood struts all replaced. Body and paint in decent shape. AMAZING interior shape except for rip on one seat. Even the radio is original! Only 59K miles on the dash but I don't know if those are original or not.
So there you have it. The car would be incredible for someone to get her running again. If you'd like to see it, just let me know prior to 24 hours before the auction ends. Car is located in Charleston, SC. I won't deliver the car, but I WILL be happy to meet a transportation company if they come to pick it up. Do NOT plan to drive the car anywhere, it will start and drive once jumped but I wouldn't recommend trying to drive it home.
