2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Description

2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD. I purchased this vehicle from Modern Toyota in NC in April 2017. It was a certified Toyota when I purchased and still has a 1 year / 12,000 Mile warranty from Modern Toyota. I originally purchased this to replace my 1997 4Runner but have since been unable to part ways with it due to attachment issues. This 4Runner includes a few upgrades that are listed below:

No mechanical issues. This Toyota is in excellent shape inside and out. There is a blemish on the passenger side door armrest. This was present when I purchased the vehicle and is pictured in the listing. I am the second owner. The first owner leased this vehicle from Modern Toyota for 3 years. It has been very well maintained.
This vehicle is currently financed through Ally Financial. Once payoff is made to Ally the electronic title will be released from Ally to the NC DMV. This takes 24-48 hours once payoff has occurred. The NC DMV will then mail myself the title which will be sent to the buyer signed and notarized via certified overnight mail. Once Ally releases the title to the DMV the vehicle may be shipped to the new owner. Once payment has been made I will send an immediate bill of sale to the buyer. If this vehicle will be financed by the buyer, their financing bank will handle the payoff. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

An immediate $500.00 Deposit is due when purchased. This is non-refundable. Full payment is asked within 72 hours of purchase.
