2001 LOW MILEAGE 100 series
2001 Toyota Land Cruiser Description
Listing my 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 series 4x4 SUV - this is a rare find with low miles for this year LC.3rd row removable seating included!Runs very well with zero issues, 140K miles which if you know these vehicles, is nothing on these motors. They will typically give you over 300K with no major issues.
Loaded with all power options, and about $7K of extras: Custom-built roof rack with 4 PIAA lights, OME heavy-duty lift kit, upgraded 18" powder-coated rims with Toyo 33" tires -plenty of life left (never-used spare also), fully-functional snorkel (all done for looks - no off-road use), ARB steel front and rear bumpers with swing-out spare, upgraded Bluetooth/DVD player stereo and speakers, full-size floor jack and tow strap included, tow package.
Honest representation of vehicle:
MECHANICAL:Very smooth running, no issues. All power options work, cold A/C, hot heat, 4x4 is great, transmission shifts smoothly. Sunroof does not open. Right rear power window driver's side control does not work. It passed VA inspection this year with no issues- light covers included.
EXTERIORThe body is in nice condition and shows very well. Looks perfect from 20 feet. It's 17 years old so very nice but not perfect. There are some typical scratches that you would expect, and some faded water spots on the clear coat on the hood. No major dents or damage. And best of all it's not all rusted out like many others. Very solid frame. Great off-road accessories highlight the exterior.
INTERIOR:Seats are in good shape and comfortable. Rears are near perfect. The fronts show some wear, but are overall nice as well with some normal creasing, etc. Carpets are in nice shape, detailed approximately every 6 months to include upholstery and hand wax. Some staining of the headliner. The original woodgrain accents have some fading and are missing or broken in some areas- normal stuff in my opinion. They sell replacement wood kits for ~$120. All else in nice shape.
A solid SUV with a nice aggressive look that runs perfectly with no issues. He is aptly named Sherman after the WW2 tanks. I am selling only because our family is growing and we need something a bit more economical, though I swore I'd keep him until one of us died.
Asking $17,000 or close cash offer (no lowball offers please, they will be ignored). I've been very back and forth on selling it, but I suppose it makes practical sense to do so now. To good home only 😊. Serious inquiries only please - I've got a busy schedule and I'm sure you do too. Thanks for looking!
