2009 Toyota Corolla Description

Up for sale is my 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS. The XRS model includes the power and performance package, which comes with the 2.4L engine. This is the upgrade from the S model. The car is in excellent condition, no mechanical issues, only minor cosmetic scuffs and scratches due to normal city and highway wear and tear. Car only has 43,500+ miles. Car was good to me, I just don't need it anymore, I have another vehicle and would rather sell it instead of letting it sit. The car is black with a black leather interior, power windows, locks, seats, cd player/gps naviation, aux input, srs airbags for driver and passenger, comes with spare tire, jack and corresponding tools, has sunroof/moonroof, fog lights, XRS body kit (front/rear bumper, side skirts). Car is very economical on gas, I pay between $23-$25.00 in gas and usually can get between 285-300 miles per tank. Oil changes done every 3k miles at Firestone. Just spent $1K+ last month putting 4 new tires on, having the A/C flushed and recharged, having a wheel balance and alignment, oil change, oil filter, and cabin air filters changed. Just had the car detailed inside and out and am willing to do it once more before pick up, upon request by the buyer and contingent on agreement to purchase.
