Up for auction is a 2001 ToyotaPrius that was recently donated to a 501c3 non-profit organization and is beingsold with NO RESERVE.
The vehicle is equipped with a4-cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The odometer displays 269551miles. The seats are gray and appear to be in decent condition, although a gooddetail will make a huge difference. The exterior of the vehicle is tan. Thetires appear to HAVE ROUGHLY 40% road life left. Please refer to the photos included in this auction formore description details.
Vehicle runs, drives, and stopsfine. Exhaust heat shield is loose and rattles. The muffler has been removed. Frontbrakes squeak. A/C blows cold but works when it wants to. No check engine lightor other lights. Been daily driven since new, has never sat. Has some rustbubbles in paint (see photos).
Titleand DMV
This vehicle comes with a clear Massachusetts title and its Registration isvalid through 07/16. All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV, arethe responsibility of the buyer.
PaymentTerms
· Deposit can be received within 24 hours of the end of theauction. Full payment is required within three (3) days of the end of theauction.
· Payment in full and ID are required to release any vehicle
· Vehicles not paid for in full within THREE (3) days of endof auction will be subject to a penalty of $100.00 plus $50.00 PER DAY instorage fees (storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to releaseof vehicle).
· Vehicles not picked up within TEN(10) days of end of auctionwill result in buyer’s privileges revoked and vehicle to be re-listed onEbay.co.
