1973 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Description

1973 Ghia, extensive custom work, one piece front grill (reminds me of Shelby Cobra), 1939 Ford tail lights, shaved emblems, rear hood shaved and smoothed, interior very nice, custom VW embossed headliner and rear package tray. 1600 dual port, New exhaust, new front end, new shocks all around, new rubber trim, new parking brake, new battery and cables, Weber progressive carb, and more. 8 spoke Empi wheel (including spare), plenty of tread on tires. Paint is Viper blue metallic and looks very nice. A few blemishes but super nice driver quality. Engine runs great ( about halfway through cleaning see pic). Goes down the road nice and straight, cruises along at 70 mph just fine. Clear and clean title. Shows 86k on odometer but engine rebuilt at some point.
Came with ugly side mirrors when I got car, purchased original style repops, only on with one screw each right now need to be attached properly. Headlights do work but switch is bad and need replaced (brand new switch included).
Comes with car cover fit for car, not flimsy generic cover.
Also have (if wanted) another stock Ghia trunk hood. I was thinking of putting on in place of louvred hood. Will need paint.
I traded a beautiful 1964 Mercury for the Ghia, I like it a lot but am looking to get into a custom 70's Van, only reason selling.
