2001 Volkswagen Cabrio Description

We have this pretty VW Beetle Cabrio Convertible to offer this week. It was traded for a new car. It's finished in silver gray metallic with a black top and black cloth interior. A pretty color combination.

The exterior is in good condition. The paint is bright and shines nice. It looks original. It has some scratches and paint chips. There are a few rust marks that have been touched up on the top of the windshield frame. The front fenders have a few rust marks. There is a rust mark on the left rear quarter. It has some marks as shown. There are no dents to be found. The top looks good but the rear window has seperated and is held in place with wire ties.

The interior looks good. The cloth seats are soft and very comfortable. The driver's seat shows wear and has a tear on the left bolster. The passenger seat shows normal wear and has a few stains. The rear seat looks good. It comes with three floor mats.

The A/C blows warm. The radio is not working. The tires are showing 40% tread .

It's equipped with the powerful 2.0 litre Fuel injected 4cyl.

This car runs and drives good. The brakes are firm and responsive. It shifts thru gears well. It needs a front wheel bearing and alignment. We just replaced the ignition coil, rear brake pads, rotors, and new rear wheel bearings.

They are the perfect retro convertibles. Just think of the fun you can have cruising with the top down this summer. These cars are wonderful. This one needs some work. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life.
