2003 Volkswagen Passat w8 Description

Up for sale is my 2003 VW Passat w8 6speed 4motion - awd. Only 424 were made with a 6speed for the US. Car runs and drives great. Ice cold a/c. Has zero codes and shifts smoothly. It's a fun car but have too many project and will need an automatic for work (already have one).
recent maintenance, parts replaced (within the last 5k):
Serpentine belt replaced 2k miles ago.
spark plugs replaced at 149500 NGK BKR6EKUE
Oil at 149500
Black Forest Industries snub mount
fans and fan control module

18" Audi avus whees with new (around 5k miles) Firestone firehawk wide oval as tires.
I have a carfax from January that will come with the vehicle

There is some paint fade on mirror caps and roof. Has a tear in the drivers seats and headliner is sagging. Wheels have minor curb rash in paint, one wheels has some missing paint on spokes. Rear bumper on passenger side looks like it rubbed up against some brush.
