1969 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Beetle Description

This car is exceptionally clean inside and out.Runs and drives great.Close ratio Hurst shifter.This car has had an extensive restoration and it shows. The engine has been rebuilt 5,000 miles ago it runs amazing once warm. Big bore, performance cam, dual carburetors high flow oil pump. Feel like twice the power of stock, but still a nice daily driver. No rust anywhere that I know of. For a reason I do not know this car drives 70 mph with lots of throttle left. Fastest beetle I've ever been in.
Only issue if you leave it sit for extended time the battery goes dead, and if you top off the fuel tank it has a gas smell a bit till its down to 7/8 tank. No leaks in the tank that I know of maybe from the vent.The heat even works. This is a awesome summer / hobbie car to take to car shows it really turns heads..
