Addendum to answer some questions I have been getting:
- The title for the van is missing. Transfer of ownership will be done using DMV's forms 227 (Transfer Of Title With Duplicate or Paperless Title) and 135 (Bill Of Sale).- The van hasn't been registered since July 8, 1992 and according to DMV's vehicle registration fee calculator it would take $613 to bring this up to date.

Okay, good news for interested buyers. I looked around and the title for the bus has turned out. So transfer paperwork will come with the title and a bill of sale.
