2014 Volkswagen Golf Driver's Edition Description

Up for sale is my unmodified 2014 Driver’s Edition GTI with 25,201 miles (still being driven, so that will go up). I just put brand new tires and a battery in it. The services have all been on time and performed by the local VW dealer. The car is still under the warranty for a few more months (3 years and 36k miles - I believe it ends in February, 2017) and also the powertrain warranty (5 years and 60k miles).

The records and original window sticker come with the sale of the car. The car is in fantastic shape, it’s had no paintwork or accidents and isgaraged at home and my office. There is nothing wrong with the car, I am selling as I have purchased a new (to me) Porsche and do not need 2 cars.

The car comes with the 2 remote keys and the valet key. Only 1 remote key has ever been used, the others are brand new. The GTI gift box that was mailed from VW when I purchased the car is included as well. The items inside are unused and include a hat, water bottle, key ring and ‘GTI Parking Only’ sign along with a certificate matching this car. If you want to add a front license plate, the factory front mount is included but not installed. I also updated the NAV maps last year and will include the update as well.

The only bad with the car, is a single door ding in the driver’s rear door, which could be PDR’d, but I haven’t had the time or inclination to do it. Please see the pictures, I have a close-up of the ding. Otherwise there is nothing more than typical and minimal wear. Again, I refer you to the pictures and encourage to come see the car or have a pre-purchase inspection completed if seriously interested.

This is the Driver’s Edition GTI, which includes the following:

• Adaptive bi-xenon headlights (they move left to right and up and down when you steer or go over bumps/hills);

• Tiptronic Transmission – 6 speed automatic dual clutch transmission (has sport mode too), one of the best I have ever driven;

• RNS 315 touchscreen head unit – Navigation, Bluetooth, satellite and a cord that will connect to your phone in the center console (I never used it) and a 6 disk CD changer (I don’t have any CD’s);

• Sunroof;

• Heated leather seats;

• Tinted windows (as dark as I could legally do here in Texas);

• Best steering wheel controls in the business!
