1992 Volkswagen Cabrio Wolfsburg Edition Description

This 1992 VW Cabriolet Wolfsburg Edition is in perfect original condition due to meticulous maintenance, and always being stored in a garage. I bought the car from the original woman owner who said “she put every mile on the car”. The speedometer reads 89,674 miles which is certified as actual by the CARFAX report, and approximately 1,000 miles were put on since 2012. It was used primarily as a Florida beach car. The paint is glossy as new with no dings or dents - just a couple very small touched up chips/scratches. The white interior is very clean with no rips, tears or noticeable wear - and the headliner is clean as well. There are also no cracks in the dash. The convertible top is brand new and the boot cover is in excellent condition with no missing straps or clips. All the glass is original with factory markings, except the windshield which was replaced along with the hood when, according to the owner, it was hit by a piece of sheetrock that fell off a truck a number of years ago. Mechanically the engine runs perfectly, and the A/C is ice cold. The factory stereo died andwas replaced with a Kenwood head unit.The transmission shifts smoothly, and everything works as it should. When I bought the car I replaced the A/C compressor and drier and converted the system to R134. I replaced the timing belt, did a complete tune up, replaced shifter bushings and located a couple small interior trim parts. The tires are new as is the battery. Buy this car with confidence, and drive it anywhere. It has a clean CARFAX and it runs as good as it looks in the pictures - which were all taken within the last week.
