As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2009 Volkswagen EOS Convertible with only 43k miles has no damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance company for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Overall condition of the vehicle is clearly shown in the pictures below. We did not notice any physical or mechanical damage on this vehicle. It was driven for nearly 100 miles with no issues noted. Engine runs great and tranny shift normal. Exterior in good condition with noticeable paint scratches on the right rear quarter (see pic). Interior is clean with great looking leather and has like new tires. No major warning lights on the dash. All essential electronics (radio, lights, heat/ac, pwr seat, etc) in working order. The only issue we've noticed is that the convertible top does not fully open. The convertible top operation starts normal (i.e. windows roll down, trunk door tilts upwards, and sunroof glass slides backwards) but the front part of the roof does not detach from the windshield area to retract back into the trunk space. We have not done any diagnostics or research as to why the top does not fully open and leave it up to the buyer to fix the issue. See pictures below as to how far the convertible top opens. Sunroof does fully open. Has like new tires and the low 43k miles! Overall good condition of the vehicle indicates it was well maintained. Many pictures below show the overall condition of the car.

The car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it on open road with no issues noted. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. We can arrange shipping anywhere in the mainland usa at low rates.
