2012 Volkswagen Golf R fully loaded Description

Selling my Canadian-Spec 2012 VW Golf R.
10/10 Condition, never modified. I am the second owner. Selling because I don't require a vehicle anymore. Bought it at 64,900 Kilometers, and it currently has 75,550kilometers (46,944 miles approx.)
Features: 6 Speed manual, sunroof, navigation.Additional: All weather OEM floor mats, Suntek protective paint film applied to 1/2 hood, full front bumper, 1/4 fender near headlights and sideview mirrors.Vehicle has been polished/waxed professionally to remove 90% of swirl marks and scratches. (Before applying PPF.)
I currently have 17'' winter rims with Yokohama (new) winter tires installed. I have the OEM rims too, bare with no summer tires. All wiper blades have been replaced with OEM parts.
In my possession I have changed the oil every 5000 kilometers (64,900, 70,000, 75,000) with full synthetic engine oil and OEM VW oil filters, 3 in total. I will replace the following fluids (brake with DOT 4, engine oil, coolant), will re-balance all 4 wheels, provide full documentation of work performed/vehicle inspection at no additional charge.
The vehicle is located in Toronto, Canada. Shipping and importation is the responsibility of the buyer, however I am willing to help out and arrange with TFX International. I have shipped with them before within Canada with zero issues.
Vehicle currently has warranty up until 104,000 kilometers, or June 25/2018, however it is only transferable to Canadian residents.
