04 Volkswagon Jetta TDI 5 Speed, A/C, Garage kept, clean in/out, needs repair

VW Jetta TDI, Turbo Diesel, 45 MPG, 5 speed manual transmission, Sunroof, Leather interior. The car is in excellent condition in & out, no rust, garage kept, clean, clean, clean. Problem? An oil seal failed that has to do with the turbo, the engine was sucking in oil upon start-up, it bent 2 connecting rods 1/8" so the 2 pistons don't reach the top of the cylinder by about 1/8". I purchased the 2 replacement rods. ( included ) It was mentioned that you can just swap out the rods keeping the same bearing and would be just like before the seal failure. The engine in a TDI car does 'not' need to be taken out to change the rods. The pan comes off easily with no obstructions underneath. The local VW dealer diagnosed the problem but they don't repair internal engine problems. They did remove the head to check the problem and noticed the 1/8" discrepancy in piston height. The engine is a BEW model. The car was recently serviced & the timing belt was changed. Did I say the car is super clean and looks like a year old from being garage kept?. The title has no liens, I will accept a motor-scooter/cycle, small boat, Ghenoe, 2hp-5hp Honda outboard, pro video equipment, car trailer, wide car dolly, equipment trailer in partial or full trade depending on value. NADA.com shows $4400. running, in nice shape but it's much better than nice shape. I'd also be interested in paying someone to repair it for a reasonable price because I really like the car, I just don't know how to fix it. * The steering wheel is turned in one pic because the front wheels are turned, it's straight while driving straight.
