1961 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Description

For sale is a 1961 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. It runs, drives, shifts and stops but does need a tune up and some electrical work to make it a daily driver. The speedometer & mechanical fuel gauge work. One brake light works but the head lights and turn signals don't work. Not sure if its bulbs or a wiring issue. It's still 6 Volt but it comes with a complete 12 volt conversion kit from J Bugs which cost about $400. This car is almost rust free, it has a tiny rust spot about the size of a quarter under the battery. Other than that I haven't found any other rust on it. See photos for condition. It comes with a new dash pad, trunk & hood seals, 2 brand new fender mirrors, and other miscellaneous new and used parts. I don't have the bumpers for it or the bottom part of the back seat as you can see in the photos. Also the drivers side door has 2 tine holes in it (see photos) and the quarter window trim on the drivers side has been screwed into the body (see photos).
