1990 Volkswagen Jetta Description

Non Turbo, 5 speed, Diesel, 40mpgs, Good inspection until 11/16, needs injection pump work, will start with starting fluid, and runs fine. After you let it sit awhile, it doesn't want to start again without using starting fluid. Can be driven home though. Mileage is unknown. Title says exempt. We are not sure exactly how many miles it has on it. I put a new speedometer head in it. It has had several used ones that broke.It came originally from VA. I had the timing belt and water pump done a few years ago. I also put in a new radiator, new heater core, and both front axles. It has wheels off a 98 jetta.
