2009 Volkswagen Golf Description

I just moved to Charlotte and am selling my used 2009 GTI Hatchback. I now live in the uptown district and don't have a reason to keep the car as it's spent most of the time in the garage over the last 6 months. I do drive it at least twice a week to keep it in top condition.
Well maintained vehicle. Original owner had extended warranty and I have kept the diligence in maintenance. I am the second owner of the car. The car has not been exposed to winter conditions (car spent most of its time in Texas). Coming up on the next service for the vehicle. Vehicle performs terrifically. I am willing and able to drive the vehicle to new owner (we can work out specifics).
Condition: I had the car checked out by CarMax. They did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle and rated the following conditions:
